On March 31st we recognize International Transgender Day of Visibility. It's a day dedicated to the joy, resilience, and brilliance of trans and non-binary people. At Backblaze, we believe visibility is a powerful tool for change, and we are proud to highlight organizations that uplift these voices every day.
However, visibility without protection is a risk. We cannot celebrate this day without acknowledging that the transgender community is currently facing an unprecedented wave of discriminatory legislation and hostile public discourse.
